Acer Predator Helios 300 Conclusion

The pricing of the Acer Predator Helios 300 has a significant impact. The keyboard, bulky design, and poor battery life do not hold up in more costly setups. Fortunately for Acer, the setup we used for this evaluation was reasonably priced. There are not many similarly configured laptops in its class that can compete at that price.

The Acer Predator Helios 300 is ideal for gamers and video makers looking for a double laptop as a desktop. Its price is low enough to compete with desktop computers, and it has enough cable connections for connecting a display and other peripherals.

The laptop’s bulky size and short battery life limit its portability, although this is a minor problem if you use it occasionally.

Buying a laptop as a desktop replacement in a regular year would entail paying a premium for subpar performance. The Helios 300 demonstrates that, in the odd year of 2021, a big laptop could be the best option.
